The Saxon Medical Pension Fund is committed to ensuring that its website is accessible in accordance with the Saxon Inclusion Act (SächsInklusG) and the Accessible Websites Act (BfWebG), in conjunction with the Accessible Information Technology Regulation (BITV 2.0). The BfWebG is supplemented by the Accessible Websites Regulation (BfWebVO). These laws are drafted in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102. Status of compliance with accessibility requirements
Accessibility is based on the internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) at Conformity Level AA and the European standard EN 301 549, Version 3.2.1. For PDF documents, the international standard PDF/UA-1 is also observed. The website www.saev.de is not currently fully compliant with the technical requirements.

Content that is not accessible
We are currently working on improving the accessibility of the website. However, we ask for your patience, as this requires some changes to the website’s programming. For example, the PDF documents in the ‘Downloads’ section at www.saev.de are often not sufficiently accessible. As there are a large number of files that can only be adapted gradually, resolving this issue will unfortunately take some time. We are endeavouring to remove the remaining barriers as quickly as possible.

Enforcement proceedings
If no satisfactory solution to your enquiry is found within a reasonable period (usually four weeks), you may contact the office of the State Commissioner for the Inclusion of People with Disabilities at the Saxon State Chancellery, which is responsible for the enforcement procedure. The enforcement body supports out-of-court dispute resolution in the event of conflicts arising between public bodies in Saxony and users of websites. This mediation procedure is free of charge. It is not necessary to engage legal counsel.
