The Digital Forum Membership (DFM) is our online event series, which we have been offering since 2023. In a concise format lasting about 30 minutes, we present topics for which our members have expressed a greater need for information. The first 20 minutes of the webinar focus on knowledge sharing. The remaining 10 minutes are reserved for answering questions from participants via the chat.
Participation is, of course, free of charge.

The DFM takes place via the edudip platform. You will need a link to access the event registration form. You can find this registration link here in the events section or in the email we send you with an invitation to the DFM, provided we have a valid email address on file.
On the registration form, you will be asked for your first name, surname and an email address. A dial-in link will be sent to the email address you provide there before the event begins. Then you’re all set to go.

From time to time, our webinars are aimed at specific target groups. This was the case, for example, with a DFM webinar on the difference in retirement age between the SÄV and the German Federal Pension Insurance Fund. As this issue only affects certain age groups, we contacted a smaller group of members.
As a general rule: if you have not received an invitation email from us, it is because we do not have your email address on file. We therefore recommend that you provide us with your current email address for the DFM, as well as for other digital services and communications.
You can always register for our events via our website. Please keep an eye on our publications in the Ärzteblatt Sachsen and the Deutsches Tierärzteblatt. We provide information on upcoming dates there well in advance.
Please feel free to send us your questions in advance to edudip(at)saev.de. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions via the live chat throughout the event. Only SÄV staff will be able to see your name, so your anonymity is guaranteed. To keep the format as concise as possible, during the Q&A session of a DFM we will only answer questions relating to the scheduled topic. For all other enquiries, please use our website or the usual contact channels.
All registered participants will receive a link to the recording of the event via email after the webinar; this link will remain valid for 10 days.
We will produce audio versions of selected topics following the DFM and make them available as explanatory videos on our website – centrally in the media library and on relevant subpages. For example, under Members → Services, you will find an explanatory video on the services provided by the Saxon Medical Pension Fund.
