General access to our website
Every time a user accesses our website or downloads a file, access data relating to this activity is automatically stored in log files on our provider’s server for the duration of the user’s visit to our website, including the following information:

- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the connecting computer
- Time of the server request
- IP-Adress

The legitimate interest in relation to the transmission of the IP address lies in the fact that it is necessary for displaying the content of the website; without the transmission of the IP address, it is not possible to display the website.

Our website features a contact form that can be used to contact us electronically. By clicking the ‘Send’ button, you consent to the transmission of the data entered in the form to us. We also store the date and time of your enquiry. The personal data voluntarily provided to us in this context is used to process your enquiry and to contact you. The legal basis for the transmission of the data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. We use the data for this purpose until the relevant conversation with you has ended. The conversation is deemed to have ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively resolved.
Communication by email
